In this product rental agreement (" Agreement "), "product" refers to the rented item; "Lessor" refers to the party renting the product; and "Tenant" refers to the party renting the product. The following provisions govern the terms and conditions of the rental service you will receive through the https://www.laideecouture.com website or from the showroom in Osmanbey, Şişli, Istanbul, between you ("Tenant") and LAIDEE COUTURE ("Lender or Company").

1- The tenant cannot rent, sublease, transfer, or assign the product, in whole or in part, to third parties. It is essential that the rented product be returned by the tenant in good and usable condition.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL THE PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT SIGN, BUT IN THIS CASE YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RENT THE PRODUCTS.

2- The Tenant, under this agreement, is LIMITED TO A DAY OF 4 (four) DAYS within the city and 6 (six) DAYS outside the city, from the Requested Delivery Date specified in the order notification for the product ordered from the showroom. At the end of this period, the Tenant accepts and undertakes to deliver the product to one of the cargo companies specified below for delivery to the Lessor.

3- For cargo shipments within ISTANBUL, the shipping costs will be covered by the RENTING CUSTOMER. Shipping and returns are made through MNG CARGO , with which our company has a contract. RETURN SHIPMENTS MUST BE MADE WITH THE CURRENT ACCOUNT CODES OF THE TWO CARGO COMPANIES WE WORK WITH.

4- The Lessee has the right to baste the rented product only to shorten its length. (Baste stitching refers to stitching the product at intervals without cutting.) Any alterations made to the rented product other than this will not be accepted by the Lessor. Damage, burns, loss, or tearing of products rented for luxury retail purposes are not covered by insurance and are the responsibility of the customer.

5- The product returned by the Tenant to the Lessor after the rental period must be the same product and returned to the Lessor in the same condition. The rental product cannot be returned in a duplicate or modified form. If the Lessor's employees determine that the returned product is different from the product sent to the Tenant by the Lessor, the Lessor will be entitled to collect the price of the original product from the Tenant, as determined by the Lessor.

6- If the tenant requests a refund, no refund will be provided and he/she accepts and undertakes that he/she has the right to use the amount paid to rent another product within 6 months.

7- The Buyer reserves the right to choose an alternative size for the garment they choose. However, they acknowledge that choosing an extra size prevents the garment from being rented by other Buyers, and the service ends when the Buyer receives and tries it on. In other words, since the service has been completed and used, the service fee is not refundable.

8- Buyers who are unable to decide between two dresses for the same dates are given the option to choose an alternative dress. This service is completed and consumed upon the Buyer's receipt of the alternative dress. In other words, since the service has been completed and consumed, the service fee is not refundable.

9- The Lessor acknowledges and undertakes that the product has been delivered to the Tenant in a clean and undamaged condition. Pursuant to this undertaking, the Lessor will deliver the products in the dress category to the Tenant on hangers in a Laidee Couture branded bag, and the jewelry/accessories category to the Tenant in special barcoded boxes. If the Tenant fails to fulfill its return obligation as stipulated in the contract, the product will be deemed never delivered to the Lessor, and the Tenant will be obligated to pay a penalty equal to the rental fee of the product immediately and in cash upon the Lessor's first request. The Lessor reserves the right to claim damages from the Tenant arising from the failure to deliver the product in accordance with the contract.

10- For remote rentals, the shipment will be shipped from Istanbul to the customer one day before the special day. Similarly, the customer must return the dress to them the day after wearing it. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

11- In case of disputes arising from this contract, Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices will be accepted as competent courts.
