In this product rental agreement (the “Agreement”), “product” refers to the rented item; “Lessor” refers to the party renting out the product; and “Lessee” refers to the party renting the product. The following provisions govern the terms and conditions for rentals made by you, the (“Lessee”), from LAIDEE COUTURE (“Lessor / Company”) via the website or from the Laidee Couture Showroom.

1. Rental Conditions

The Lessee may not rent out the product, partially or wholly, to third parties, sublet it, or transfer or assign it. It is essential that the rented product is returned by the lessee in good condition.

“If you do not accept the terms of this agreement, do not sign. The product cannot be rented.”

2. Rental Period

The Lessee agrees to return the product to the Lessor within 4 days for deliveries within Istanbul; and 6 days for out-of-city deliveries, from the date of receipt, using one of the agreed-upon cargo companies below.

3. Cargo Shipment

Cargo fees are the responsibility of the Lessee. The company's contracted cargo firm is: Sürat Kargo. Shipment must be made using the company's current account code.

4. Operations on the Product

The Lessee may only perform basting stitches for length alteration on the product. Other alterations are not accepted. Burns, tears, loss, etc. deformations on the product are not covered by insurance and will be charged to the customer.

5. Return of the Product in the Same Condition

The rented product must be returned as the same product and in the same condition. If it is determined that the product has been altered, the full value of the product will be collected from the Lessee.

6. Refund

The Lessee cannot demand a refund. They have the right to use the paid amount for another rental within 6 months.

7. Extra Size Option

The Lessee may create an alternative by requesting an extra size. However, the extra size may be rented by another customer. Upon receipt of the alternative size, the service is deemed complete, and the right to return is forfeited.

8. Alternative Dress Option

Customers who cannot decide between two dresses for the same date are offered an alternative dress option. Upon receipt of the alternative dress, the service is deemed complete and is not subject to return.

9. Delivery Conditions

The Lessor delivers the product clean and undamaged. Dresses are sent on hangers in special garment bags. Accessories are delivered in barcoded boxes. If the product is considered never to have been delivered to the company, the Lessee agrees to pay a penalty equal to the rental fee.

10. Remote Rental Delivery Process

The product reaches the customer 1 day before the special event date. The customer must return the product the day after wearing it. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

11. Product Condition – Signs of Use

The parties acknowledge that the rented product may have been used by other customers previously and therefore there may be minor deformations that do not affect the general appearance on the product.

12. Statement of Acceptance

The Lessee declares that they had the opportunity to inspect the product before receiving it and agrees to rent the product in its current condition.

13. No Returns Due to Signs of Use

Minor flaws, stains, pilling, loose stitching, missing stones/buttons, color fading, etc., are not grounds for return. The Lessee cannot claim rights based on these reasons.

14. Authorized Court

Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in disputes.
