In this CUSTOM MADE product agreement ("agreement"), "product" refers to the custom-made item; MANUFACTURER represents the party preparing the product; "OWNER" represents the party ordering the custom-made product. The following provisions regulate the terms and conditions that will apply to the CUSTOM MADE service you will receive between you, the ("Owner"), and LAIDEE COUTURE ("MANUFACTURER") via the http://www.laideecouture.com website OR from the showroom located at ÜMRANİYE / ŞİŞLİ / Istanbul.
1- The OWNER cannot rent, sublet, transfer, or assign the product partially or completely to third parties. This is the original.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL THE PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT SIGN IT; HOWEVER, IN THIS CASE, CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.
2- For cargo shipments within ISTANBUL; shipping fees will be covered by the CUSTOMER. Shipments and returns are made with SÜRAT KARGO, with whom our company has an agreement.
3- In the event that the Owner requests a refund, no refund will be provided, and the product will be delivered without defects, adhering to the fittings and measurement sheet.
4- The MANUFACTURER accepts and undertakes that the product will be delivered to the OWNER in an undamaged and clean condition. In accordance with this undertaking; products in the dress category will be delivered to the OWNER on a hanger in a Laidee Couture brand garment bag.
5- In the remote CUSTOM MADE process, cargo departure from Istanbul is arranged to ensure delivery to the customer one day before their special event date. In this process, shipping fees are borne by the customer.
6- The dress measurement sheet, color, and model information will be signed by both the sales representative and the customer as ANNEX-1 of the agreement, and the signed information will be binding and definitive for both parties.
7- In disputes arising from this agreement, the Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices will be accepted as the authorized court.
