In this CUSTOM MADE product contract (" contract "), "product" refers to the custom-made item; "MANUFACTURER" refers to the party who prepares the product; and "OWNER" refers to the party who has the product custom-made. The following provisions govern the terms and conditions of the CUSTOM MADE service you will receive through the http://www.laideecouture.com website or from the showroom in ÜMRANİYE / ŞİŞLİ / Istanbul between You (" Owner ") and LAIDEE COUTURE (" MANUFACTURER ").
1- The OWNER cannot rent, sublease, transfer or assign the product partially or completely to third parties.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL THE PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT SIGN, BUT IN THIS CASE CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.
2- For cargo shipments within ISTANBUL, shipping costs will be covered by the CUSTOMER. Shipments and returns are made through SÜRAT KARGO , with which our company has a contract.
3- If the owner requests a refund, no refund will be provided and the product will be delivered without any defects, adhering to the fittings and measurement paper.
4- The MANUFACTURER accepts and undertakes that the product has been delivered to the OWNER in a clean and undamaged condition. In accordance with this undertaking, the MANUFACTURER will deliver the products in the dress category to the OWNER on hangers, in a Laidee Couture branded bag.
5- During the remote CUSTOM MADE process, the shipment departs from Istanbul and reaches the customer one day before the special day. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer during this process.
6- The dress measurement sheet, color and model information will be signed by both the sales representative and the customer as ANNEX-1 of the contract, and the signed information will be binding and definitive for both parties.
7- In case of disputes arising from this contract, Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices will be accepted as the competent courts.
