OUTLET PRODUCT SALES AGREEMENT

This Outlet Product Sales Agreement has been drawn up between the parties in accordance with the following provisions.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement regulates the conditions for the purchase of products offered for sale by Laidee Couture in the Outlet category, by the customer in their current condition.

3. Product Condition and Acceptance

3.1. The Customer acknowledges that products sold under the Outlet category may have been previously used, worn in fashion shows, exhibited, or rented.

3.2. The Customer expressly accepts that the product may have minor defects, deformations, marks, pilling, or color differences due to use.

3.3. The Customer agrees that they have purchased the product in its current condition.

3.4. For this reason, no returns or exchanges can be requested.

4. Warranty and Disclaimer

4.1. No warranty is provided for Outlet products.

4.2. Laidee Couture is not responsible for any problems that may arise after purchase.

5. Prohibition of Product Rental

5.1. The product may not be rented to third parties or used for commercial purposes.

5.2. All responsibility belongs to the customer.

6. Delivery and Acceptance

The Customer declares that they have checked the product upon delivery and accept it in its current condition.

7. Effectiveness

The agreement shall come into force on the date of signing.
